VELIQ runs the till, the business day, refunds and remakes, the cash drawer and the management reporting behind them — one authoritative system from the counter to the back office.
What VELIQ does
Every figure a manager reads comes from the same authoritative record the till wrote. Nothing is recalculated in a browser, and nothing is guessed.
An Android till for selling, cash payment, order lookup and shift handling — designed so a new cashier understands their daily screen in minutes.
Opening and closing a trading day, counted versus expected cash, variance with a recorded reason, and late activity that can never silently change a closed day.
A refund is its own record booked on the day it was issued; the original sale stays exactly as it was. A remake is tracked separately and moves no money.
Sales, business days, refunds, remakes, branches, menu, employees and administrators — plus reporting with Excel and CSV export built from the same definitions.
Both languages from day one, right-to-left included — not a translation layer added afterwards.
Branches, roles and permissions are part of the data model, with strict tenant isolation enforced in the database itself.
